Try as we might, with over 400 items it is not always possible hold everything in stock. On receipt of your order, we will check stock availability and come back to you urgently with confirmation that your order can be filled straight away or if any items may need to be backordered. No credit card payment will be processed until this is confirmed. Should backordering be required, please note, this can take 6-8 weeks. If you require your items urgently, please advise us so we can airfreight them which will take approximately 2 weeks and will incur an additional 25% charge on top of the cost of the items. Shipping Costs: New Zealand Customers $0 - $29.99, shipping is $5 $30 - $99.99, shipping is $8 $100 - $199.99, shipping is $10 $200 - $299.99, shipping is $25 $300 - $399.99, shipping is $35 $400 - $499.99, shipping is $45 $500 and over, shipping is $55 International Customers Orders of less than $1000NZD will be sent via NZ Post or DHL depending on best pricing. Orders over $1000NZD may be sent direct from our factory in China which will reduce shipping charges dramatically. International customers will be responsible for customs duties charged by your local customs agency. For most countries that we have shipped to, Montesori educational materials are DUTY FREE. Please chekc with your local customs broker to confirm.
